Your Responsibilities

In the role of social worker, you will work with the entire case management process for children and young people.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and assessing applications according to LSS and SoL
• Investigating needs and making decisions on interventions for the target group of children and young people
• Following up and evaluating decided interventions
• Working in the Lifecare system and investigating according to IBIC (Individual's Needs in Center)
• Documenting and managing cases according to applicable legislation and guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• At least 2 years of professional experience in case management within LSS, acquired in the last 5 years
• Experience working in Lifecare and investigating according to IBIC
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to independently perform work within the profession
